This is an anti-CCP revolution initiated and organized by Mr. Guo WenGui. Relevant organizations include “Rule of Law Foundation”, “Rule of Law Society”, and “Himalaya Supervisory Authority”. On June 4,2020, the Himalayan Supervisory Authority announced the establishment of the “The New Federal State of China” to provide support and assistance to the Chinese persecuted by the CCP, and to deny and criticize the legitimacy of the CCP’s rule in China. Guo WenGui fled China in 2014 due to persecution by the Chinese Communist Party starting with the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989 following which he was incarcerated for two years. Since then he determined to take down the CCP and bring democracy and freedom to the Chinese. Guo started the Whistleblower’s Movement in 2017. Part of his plan to free the Chinese people was the building of a new state ("Himalaya - The New Federal State of China”). On January 26th and March 8th, 2017, Guo WenGui was interviewed in the United States by MingJing Media Group. This is when he began to expose corruption of high officials of the CCP, for example “Wang QiShan”, “Meng JianZhu”, “Sun LiJun”, and others. Well-known media personalities were also revealed to have strong connections to the CCP and were implicated in corruption. The scale of Guo’s exposure of corruption is large and involves current and former members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, and their family members. He also disclosed that the CCP used Hainan National Airline (HNA) to launder money overseas. There have been many death threats and attempts on Guo Wengui’s life. He used social media particularly YouTube to report to his followers about his personal safety (“Expose and Safety Report”), and to disclose the ruthlessness of the CCP in pursuing any dissenting voices. These revelations further ignited and broadened the Whistleblower’s Movement.

How Guo WenGui’s Whistleblower’s Movement developed

The first stage: At the beginning of 2017, Guo WenGui registered accounts on YouTube and Twitter to start exposing the CCP. At the same time, Guo accepted several TV interviews with New York-based Chinese-language media “MingJing Media Group”. This was the beginning of the Whistleblower’s Movement

The second stage: On April 19, 2017, during an on-air interview with Guo WenGui, Voice of America (VOA) halted the interview (“The VOA incident”). Since then, Guo WenGui has used his own YouTube channel, combined with the Twitter account, to launch regular newscasts to expose the CCP. On May 9 of the same year, Guo WenGui published his "Guo’s 7 Rules". Under his influence, more and more independent media or citizen journalism, such as: “Lude Media”, “Voice of Guo Media”,Zszb-xiaoge (“ZhengShi-XiaoGe”), “Mulan Talk Show”, “DT Team”, “Mulan Legend”, were encouraged to join the battle against the CCP. Over time, more and more individuals, from all over the world, who previously felt powerless to stand up to the CCP, joined, and became active, in this revolutionary movement.

The third stage: In 2018 Guo WenGui broke the news of “Wang Jian's death in France”, and also Hong Kong “Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement" in 2019, and gave the revolutionary movement additional impetus.

The fourth stage: Guo WenGui's named the year 2020 the " Year of the Thunderbolt”. He was the first person in the world to disclose that the “coronavirus” is a biological weapon manufactured by the Chinese Communist Party, and he called it the "CCP-virus". In the same year, the New Federal State of China was established on June 4.
